Customer acceptance (FAT) for complete Monobloc Aerosol Can line at MG.SERVE.TEC after re-arrangement and re-configuration of an old PackSys Global / Mall+Herlan Line from Alucon.
Packing, shippment and installation on site will be done in the first Quarter of 2025.

YES WE CAN! At MG.SERVE.TEC we're thrilled to announce the lounge
of our new Aerosol can decoration equipment with the lineup of the new PRINTmaster, LACQUER & VARNISHmaster.
Sometimes it's good to make a fresh start. We used it to put all our knowhow together and created the best Decoration machines we ever built here in Thailand.

Paris Packaging week 2024 was a great success for MG.SERVE.TEC.
The customer response was very positive and our stand was a busy place from Strat to the end.

New Location
06. December 2023
To get ready for the future we finally moved into our new location which allows us to handle all the projects in hand.
With a factory length of 60m we're also ready for line projects including partial FAT testing.

Revamp Project "update"
31. August 2023
The revamp project of an old Metal Cap Decoration line is progressing well. Checking and cleaning of the individual machines have been done through our electrical and mechanical experts.
The line has been successfully re-assembled and the new Siemens control system implemented - upgrade from Master drive to Simotion!

SPRAYmaster FAT
31. March 2023
Successful FAT with customer in our MG Factory in Rayong for the first Internal coating line type SPRAYmaster at 180tpm.

CANinspector delivery
27. February 2023
After successful FAT of the machines we are proud to deliver the first CANinspectors from our Ci-8 series to the customer. Great achievement from everybody, but just the first step into the machine building business. The highlights in 2023 will be the new SPRAYmaster installation and the development of the new PRINTmaster.

We look back to a challenging year with many highlights such as the successful FAT of the first CANinspectors, the Training session at PackSys Global Switzerland and the new development of the internal coating machine, the SPRAYmaster.

We extended our assembly floor capacity. This was needed to built bigger equipments including FAT test run before shipping to customers.
