With our highly experienced Team of Software and Mechanical Field Engineers we can connect to your machines and/or assist you over Team Viewer or similar platforms to analyse the issues and propose the corrective actions as quick as possible.
Onsite service
If you plan your yearly maintenance or other bigger interventions, we recommend to use our Service as Supervisor or Manpower support to ensure the line goes back into operation without troubles.
As a partner company MG.SERVE.TEC is supporting PackSys Global AG (Switzerland) with Field Engineer capacity for machine and line installations.
Retrofits
Many old machineries are running in the field and sometimes it's not possible anymore
to organize the right spare part as the product is discontinued.
MG.SERVE.TEC design team is looking into
replacement kits to retrofit such components with the main task in mind to reduce the cost and improve the quality.
